Damion Duncan “Call Me DD”

CEO and Director of Operations, CallMeDD Designated Drivers

Born in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Damion Duncan faced numerous challenges early in life, including the devastation of Hurricane Gilbert and the struggles of growing up in the farm and ghetto areas of his homeland. At the age of 13, he moved to Canada, seeking a brighter future and opportunities to escape the hardships of his childhood.

Adapting quickly to his new environment in Toronto, Damion became known for his hard work and dedication to quality. By the age of 17, he secured his first sales job at Winners and Homesense, where he excelled in customer service and established himself as a positive role model.

Pursuing higher education, Damion attended George Brown College, majoring in Business Administration. His commitment and leadership skills earned him the position of the youngest manager at Winners at the age of 19, where he honed his management skills over the next five years.

Damion's career progressed as he took on roles as General Manager at BlueNotes, Zara Man, and eventually Forever 21. Despite his success in retail management, Damion sought new opportunities and a chance to reinvent himself. This led him to the skilled trades and ultimately to a small designated driving business, where he discovered his true calling.

Driven by his passion and engaging personality, Damion founded |“Call Me DD”| CallMeDD Designated Drivers in London, Ontario. Under his leadership, the company has flourished, helping over 7,000 Londoners get home safely and avoiding costly DUI charges.

Now, with more than five years of success, Damion Duncan continues to lead CallMeDD Designated Drivers with a commitment to safety and community service, making a significant impact in the lives of those he serves.
